Existing structure may mach to two limit states during its service life, due to load effects, one of which is climate limit state, the other is serviceability limit state. The former infers to the conditions the failure and safety of structure reliability, also has effect on stricture, so it mast be satisfied, the later refers to the work conditions and characters of structure, which make structure work normally in its service time. Currently, the focus of structure reliability is the evaluation of bearing capacity, whose results have been introduced into the cuneiform Standards of Reliability Dense and the Evaluation Standards of Reliability. Whole, the reliability evaluation of serviceability limits state stall need to be studied. Sine the strength of materials is increasing, then and much more structures with large-sand and small-section adding to peoples' realization of deflection, crack width and the high-demand to the service of structure, thus, we pay more attention to the reliability evaluation of structure characters.National standard "uniform standards of Reliability Degree for Building Structure" (GB 50068-2001) reliability index that used in serviceability limit safety, has been given, the valise diverse from 0 to 1.5. According to the relative demands of SLS in our codes, this article will establish the relation ships between the proof loads and actual cods, utilizing examine method of precept concrete unit in quality inspection standards, comparing the calculated results of new codes and the old, making a comment on the rationality of evaluation method, also, it considers the influence on new structure. In addition, the articles classify the grades of infection and crack width according reliability evaluation standards of inducting building, calculate the respecter safe index, and make a reasonable evaluation.This article makes an appropriate estimation of the codes modification by comparing the new codes and the old one. Besides, it shows the safe index of inflection and crack width grades for existing concrete crates under the circumstance of serviceability limit state, which can provide the references for the modification of current domestic codes.
