As the development of the advanced distribution simulate and AI technology, Computer Generated Force is a new field of simulate modeling, CGF can depress training cost rapidly and the difficulty of unite training organization.This paper which based on the study CGF system and electronic countermeasure principle with an example of electronic counter simulation system researched and simulated to imply electronic disturb in aero electronic counter system .Based on HLA (High Level Architecture) /RTI (Run Time Infrastructure), its key technique is that air electronic countermeasure simulation force creation system. Computer can generate multiple simulate body that is necessary for CGF simulate system , according to the physics character of confronting both sides simulate body, we could build the dynamic simplified modeling ,and use the expert system to build the action modeling of simulate body. Based on the erected model, according to the battlefield situation scenario information, and controlled by RTI, the study accomplishes data interaction and decision-making action of every simulate bodies, verifies CGF model system and the ability of real time independent decision-making of red troops, gives prime decision to vary threaten in time, and then makes the effective counterplan.The study of this CGF simulation system could increase the complexity and fidelity of virtual battlefield situation, analyze disturb effect of various countermove straightly by 3D model, and provide a perfect utility to study radar counterworks and infrared homing missile intelligent decision straightly, and possess the important consult value for study of electronic counter theory, for manufacture of confront facility and deep study of CGF.The main contents and results of this paper are stated as follows:...
