The electrocardiogram is automatic and has many leads, it has the function of auto synchronous record, auto analysis, it is the new electrocardiogram instrument, it has 12 leads, it is one of the important research topics in the field of medical treatment instrument.This text designed the PC based automatic electrocardiogram instrument which has 12 leads. the instrument constitutes of ECG amplifier, the data collect card, PC machine, record and analysis software. The most important is to develop ECG amplifier and develop the software.The text carries on the research of the following two sides which on the foundation of the already research.1. We has successed to develop the ECG amplifier which has the function of repress the baseline drift, it has realized to repress the baseline drift real-time , it create the beneficial condition for the software to further repress the drift.2. We developped the following software on Windows2000, the driver procedure for the data collect card, the procedure of the electrocardiogram data collects, the procedure to identify the form, the procedure of the parameter measure and the disease case management databases. the core is the program of the data collect card, The signal processing program, the program to identify the waveform. The program to measure the parameters. The text successed to develop the device drive program for the data collect card, the signal processing based on wavelet transform, we also successed to identify a part of forms based on wavelet transform, a part of parameter automatic measuring, other ECG parameter manual measuring .
