Cardiopathy is one of the most serious diseases in endangering human's life. ECG is one of the most important and basic diagnostic tool for assessing heart function. Studies on automation and intelligentize of ECG record and analyzing are constantly followed with interest in the biomedicine field.In this paper, with the needs of study and the actual needs in hospital, we designed an automatic record and analysis system of ECG. It's composed of a set of pre-biopotential amplifier,data acquisition systerm and analysis software .The biopotential amplifier and analysis arthmetic are the core parts of the paper. We designed a novel biopotential amplifier, which can restrain electrode offset and baseline drift effectively in a single stage. Still it keep the characteristics of high input impendance, low noise , high gains and high CMRR .The analysis software achieves real-time data acquisition and display. Based on wavelet transform, it has realized quasi real-time signal denoising(including power interference, removaling the baseline drift), R wave and heart rate automatic measuring, other ECG parameter manual measuring, management of patient information data-base.The whole system is a new attempt. All the software was programmed by Labview 7 Express. A convenient operation interface was given. It authentically achieved multifunction.
