With the advancement of the China Manned Spaceflight Engineering(CMSP),12-channel dynamic electrocardiogram monitor is integrated as a new research product in view of the need of periodic inspection of the physiological characteristics of astronauts and other special environments.Based on the limited space resources of our spacecraft and minimizing the medical supervision load of the spacecraft,it's designed integrates the functions of four kinds of products on the market: conventional electrocardiogram,exercise electrocardiogram monitor,dynamic electrocardiogram and rescue electrocardiogram monitor.It can satisfy four working conditions: routine,motion,dynamic and rescue electrocardiogram(four in one)electrocardiogram acquisition,analysis and processing.Meanwhile,it must satisfy the using environment of manned space engineering.As far as the system composition is concerned,the design of 12-channel dynamic electrocardiogram monitor is composed of host,sensor,embedded software,status confirmation software,analysis software and the related environmental test designs.It is mainly divided into four parts to elaborate in this thesis.In the first part,I'll introduce the history of electrocardiogram research and the functions of electrocardiogram and electrocardiogram monitor in the market.The insufficiency of product function coverage is elaborated,and the necessity of developing a new 12-channel dynamic electrocardiogram monitor is determined.In the second part,the particularity of aerospace electronic products is elaborated,and the relevant design requirements are preliminarily analyzed.The function,performance and structure of 12-channel dynamic electrocardiogram monitor are comprehensively analyzed to ensure that the products meet the functional requirements and environmental applicability of astronauts' electrocardiogram information monitoring.The third part is mainly focusing on the design of 12-channel electrocardiogram sensor,the design of 12-channel dynamic electrocardiogram monitor mainframe,the operation and switching under different working modes,the design of mechanical interface,the design of electrical interface,the selection of metal and non-metallic materials for products,the screening and quality control of components,the reliability and safety analysis of products,the analysis of maintainability and security,and the mining.Set signal transmission,data processing software design,signal transmission between space station and ground base station,product test verification design,to ensure that the designed product meets the functional and performance requirements of the overall unit.The fourth part is an overview of the production process of the product prototype,the prospect of its application prospects,the direction of follow-up research and market analysis.Through the above design,the theoretical design of the product scheme stage is completed for the production,test verification and subsequent improvement of the factory engineering prototype.Meanwhile,this thesis is referenced to the electrocardiogram monitoring scheme of "129x for physiological signal measurement with low power consumption,8 channels,24-bit analog front-end" of Texas Instruments Corporation and "Algorithms and Embedded Software Research of Three-in-One electrocardiogram Detection System" of Zhejiang University,which has played a good supporting role in the formation of this thesis.
