This article pays special attention to the analysis of the construction and working principles of the prestressing force anchor solid system and its clamping chips' function and construction. It also makes the whole analysis of the technological requirements and crucial technological requirements of the part in processing. According to the basic theories on mechanical processing quality analysis and the statistical analyzing method of the processing errors, this article sums up and induces the laws of the occurrence of the processing errors on the basis of the analysis of the errors caused by the present production craft. By combining the technological process of the products processing, it analyzes and diagnoses the specific technological causes of the processing errors.
