Currently, high-tech research microscopes (such as the transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope) as optical instruments have used mostly auto-focusing system, and some microscopes equipped with digital photography system, the equipment is expensive. The project seeks to ordinary microscopes (such as the type of products used for general education XSP-2C, 44X3A microscopes) transformation, a few ordinary microscopes compose the LAN and transmit data, video transmission superiority in high-tech research microscopes, which reduces teaching costs of ordinary teaching system and more suits to China's current teaching situation.The system employs stepper motor to control the two axle such as X axis, Y axis which run the objective table and the Z axis which is used to observe images, and realizes a campaign platform for 3D structural design. The entire system is host computer control, RS232 communications. In the image processing of the host computer, this system adopts contrast used the judging function of the current image clarity, comparison used wavelet transform want to make our system realize quick focusing. The system analyses positioning accuracy and movement accuracy and uses error compensation methods to enhance the accuracy of the system.Innovation points(1)The control of general microscopes (improved) uses the computerize operating platform which adopts advanced Visual Basic6.0 programming and can show the precise location of the microscopes objective lens. Through digital photography, the operating platform can also show images. Microscope objective lens operation and the clarity of showing images are linked together, and this expresses better regulation and to be convenient to compare.(2) In the computerize operating platform which microscopes uses in, the microscope objective lens not only show the precise positions and also retain dozen of precise positions of microscopes objective lens (which can be added as required) at the same time. So that it can apply in the same tests at later microscopes and similar specimens. The objective lens can quickly arrive at the designated location, and then to operate fine-tuning. It can save time and improve efficiency. Therefore the equipment has memory functions.(3)Data sharing Several dozen of ordinary microscopes will be though the transformation, and link into the LAN.
