The main tasks of this system are as follows:(1) This system embeds microprocessor technology, bus interconnected system based on CAN bus instead of the traditional Internet Electric Bus point-to-point control. a single relative, an independent unit control and a simple wire connection.(2) On base of a deep study of CAN bus technology and electrical control of the bus, design bus combination of instruments which based on the CAN bus system, before and after the input and output module. Implement detection, control, transmission and display of electrical passenger information.(3) Combination instruments main implements transmission and display of the electrical information, make module PIC18F8585 which can strengthen the CAN control microcontroller as a central controller,PIC18F8585 control TJA1040 CAN bus driver realized the CAN bus to receive and send information; communicate with the stepper motor drive MC33970 through SPI way ,control the stepper motor speed, engine speed, cooling water temperature, oil pressure, fuel capacity, voltage, pressure and depression 281 parameters of the real-time display; LCD display control mileage accumulated mileage and all kinds of work, the police instructions, Fan Bing button control LCD display; control LED indicator shows that bus electrical fault and status information.4)input and output module main implements transmission and control of the electrical information, using PICI8F8585 SCM as a central controller to control the importation module to detection speed, engine speed, and other eight switches and a variety of parameters, the information will be distributed to focus on electronics, and then through the power output module lights to control all kinds of relays, the implementation of the corresponding motor function, sent the collected information to the combination instrument to display through the instrument driver of TJA1040, and implements information sharing.
