The paper thoroughly studies the application of single chip microcomputer on motor movement control system, the studies based on two practical projects: hybrid stepper motor driving control system and electrically operated chair control system. Based on effective use of microprocessor interior peripheral and detailed comprehension of the operating characteristics of motor movement control system, the paper further excavates the potential of apply single chip microcomputer in motor movement control domain, thus reduces the system cost, enhances the system performance characteristic.The paper introduces design process of these two systems in detail by two parts. In hybrid stepper motor driving control system, the principle and control method of stepper motor is elaborated and the simple simulation model of driving system is established and some important functions of stepper motor, such as: the various stepping angle control, constant current chopped wave control and the fluctuation frequency control and the implement of software are studied. In electrically operated chair control system, the principle of brushless DC motor is presented, the model of brushless DC motor is given and the advanced PID control methods applied in brushless DC are simulated and the position memory function of the electrically operated chair is studied.The experimental results indicates that the design of hardware and software is reasonable and feasible, successfully completes the development task, realizes all prearranged function, also the performance characteristic is good. Hybrid stepper motor driving control system can drive different kinds of stepper motor and have many kinds of control function thorough. Electrically operated chair control system uses brushless DC motor and implements intelligence control. Moreover, the structured design of hardware and the modular design of software have good versatility and expansibility.
