| According to the characteristics and developing tendency of the compaction equipment, and probing into the new compaction theory and technology, the paper studies the compaction mechanism of vibro-impact roller on the theory and experiment. The method of vibratory and impacting compaction is put forward in order to solve the compaction problem of soil in depth and clayThrough the experiments on different conditions using vibro-impact roller, the paper analyzes soil compaction effect in different mass rate of upper and lower, work speed and dynamic balance rate,and educes the better combination of parameters that mass rate of upper and lower should be 2.2,work speed should be 0.5km/h, dynamic balance rate should be 1.0.At the same time, based on parameters optimization,the adaptive experiments was done.The results indicate vibro-impact roller had better adaptability of compaction for different materials.Dynamic signal of experiments was transacted and analyzed. Analysis results of vertical acceleration signal show that the movement of prototype is periodic vibro-impact when it jumps up,its style is 2—1—II. And analysis results of soil pressure signal indicate the pressure declines more slowly than ordinary single-frequency vibrating compaction. It validates that the prototype not only makes the more influential depth and higher compaction degree, but also assures the smoothness and well-distributed of road.Combining the mechanic engineering with soil mechanics, the paper studies the dynamic characteristics of interaction between the compaction equipment and soil, dynamic model is set up. The research work improves the compaction technology and makes a foundation for the application of vibro-impact roller. |
