Impact compaction machine existing many problems, such as work andbring a series of problems because of the large resistance. These problems canlead to increased mechanical failure, bad working environment and low workingefficiency. Aiming at these problems, this paper studies the compaction machineof a kind of new structure.In this paper, the research object is the fission combined impact of wheelimpact vibratory compactor, to compare the impact vibratory compaction andimpact compaction machine, analyses the operating principle of impactvibratory compactor and determining its various parameters, characteristicanalysis of impact vibratory compactor, to optimize the impact machinestructure and various vibrating compaction parameters.Since there is no the compaction machine products, in this paper, startingfrom the main structure of impact vibratory compactor, determine the structureand parameters of the vibration compaction machine, set up the vibrationmathematical model of the vertical direction, calculation of compaction energy;use Pro/E to establish three-dimensional model of parts, use ANSYS to establishimpact axis and pavement MNF file, virtual prototype model the model and thefile is imported into ADAMS software to establish the whole respectivelycompaction machine, and the ADAMS simulation, dynamic analysis of thecompaction machine; the roller parameters was gradually optimized, find out thedefects existing in the structure of compaction machine, and to improve thecompaction machine structure, the compactor can successfully complete thework process.Based on the study of impact vibratory compactor, a set of parameters forthe impact vibratory compaction machine work device access, including the sizeof the unit, the size of the energy compaction; compaction machine workingspeed, impact block quality, rubber shock absorber on the influence ofcompaction process; optimization of the main parameters and structuralcompaction machine, makes the final compaction machine can realize the working process. |
