A new type of composite compaction machinery—impact and vibrationroller, it will be a variety of compaction technology, the combination of thestatic compaction, vibration compaction and impact compaction.The whole structure, working wheel structure and working principle are fullystudied, at the same time structural parameters are calculated based onmechanical properties. Based on the similarity theory, simplified the wholestructure, reduce size. Replace sliding bearings with rolling bearings to reducethe impact effect between each wheel and shaft. Substitute low-power machinefor hydraulic motor as excitation source, and located the machine on thebackend frame, in this way to enhance the stability of working of the wholemachine. The main parameters of the prototype are studied and made sufficientpreparation for the development of the experimental prototype.3D models ofeach part are simplified and assembled in Solidworks software. Due to thecomplexity of natural ground, self-developed software of Ansys is build toensure the accuracy and the convenience of the analysis. Adding constraints forrelative parts, build analytical model in ADAMS software. Set up Rigid-flexiblecoupling model and to increase the accuracy of the simulation.Carry out simulation analysis in ADAMS, determine the best pulling speed;in the same soil and under the same speed, measured the movementcharacteristics of wheel is close to the theoretical, it was proved that the modelconforms to the design requirements, can be carried out related research. Carryout static analysis in Ansys, respectively to measure the effect of soil inhorizontal direction and depth under the impact vibration condition and thecondition of shock, obtain the data that the impact vibration compoundcompaction effect is better.
