Yellow River Silt Resource Planning Studies

Making use of the broad and huge natural wastes, the Yellow River silt, to burn bearing porous bricks is very significant for cleaning the Yellow River silt and weakening the serious threat caused by "the second hanging river" to solve the silt problem which is a sticky treatment for the Yellow River, and on the other hand, it can be used as bearing wall material to take the place of clay bricks , turning the waste into useful things and transforming harm to advantage.In order to develop the Yellow River silt bearing porous brick industry step by step, we must program the silt resource logically, fully recycle the resources, make the most use of the resources and produce the least trash, reducing energy-consumption constantly, optimizing resource structure in order to utilize the resources for long time, for the sake of quickening construction of friendly environment society, accelerating the sustainable development of the Yellow River drainage area.Aiming at the silt alluvial situation of the Yellow River down-stream channel and the actual situation of the bottomland, this paper studies and discusses five aspects as follows:(1) Analyze the unitary condition of the Yellow River drainage area, source and character of the Yellow River silt. Investigate and research the character of the Yellow River down-stream channel, silt alluvial situation and reason nowadays. Aiming at the problem of "the second hanging river", analyze the reason and actual situation and harm of "the second hanging river" in detail;(2) "The key puzzle for the Yellow River is silt". As far as the primary measure of dealing with the Yellow River silt—operation for water and sediment adjustment is concerned, the paper systematically analyzes and studies its carry-out situation, effect and disadvantage to prove that utilizing silt to produce bricks is a kind of effective measure for dealing with silt;(3) In terms of the silt alluvial situation of the Yellow River down-stream channels and the actual situation of the bottomland, provide four basic principles for programming silt resource: sustainable development, optimizing environment, sharing resources and high efficiency of society, economy and environment. Expound programming structure from four aspects: integrity, systematization, regularity and sustainability. Provide the planning goals in four aspects: forecasting drainage area silt resource, forecasting development of silt brick industry, accelerating local economic development, exploiting and protecting bottomland;(4) Investigate the situation of Lang Cheng Gang base, by means of analyzing silt resource situation, utilizing situation, river-way state and existing problems, study development of base industry, soil area program and environmental improvement and provide two programming projects;(5) Utilizing forecasting analysis method and regression analysis technique,...
