The existing fuze virtual prototyping system, which is built on the basis of CAD, is in fact a kind of design support platform. This dissertation expands the research and studies the simulation support platform based on CAE. It's significant for fuze development. The dissertation mainly includes:(1) On the basis of the design support platform of the virtual prototyping system for fuze, the simulation support platform is developed and researched. These two platforms are relatively independent, and the datum can be transmitted and shared between the two platforms.(2) The simulation support platform is actually a customized platform based on ANSYS Workbench, thus the advantages and the aim of ANSYS Workbench are discussed, and the customization technologies are especially emphasized.(3) The collaborative simulation functions of the simulation platform are also studied in this dissertation. The data should be communicated and shared between the design support platform and the simulation support platform. For this purpose, the share of simulation support platform is realized, the configuration of the remote distributed solution manager is set, which aims to make the progress of acquiring solution results perform collaboratively with, other machines, and the communion of users' applications with other researchers is also discussed.(4) The same kind of fuze parts shares the same loads type and the same supports. The differences are the magnitude of loads or material properties, and these properties can be changed easily. Building a special simulation support platform of parts is available. When the development of the simulation support platform of parts is enlarged to components level, then components' family applications are realized; and when the development is enlarged to industry level, the final aim of customization-special industry analyzing applications are accomplished. The simulation support platform of fuze parts provides the foundation for further development.
