This paper analyses the two difficult problems in industrial boiler right now, that is the industrial boiler have very low burning efficiency and heavily polluted the environment. To solve the problems is very important to the government and people who study the boiler. It will be great benefit to the society and environment.There are a lot of ways to increase the industrial boiler's burning efficiency and decrease its pollution. For example, adds the area which be heated at the tail of the boiler to decrease the temperature of the smoke that get out of the boiler; improve the fuel provide to the boiler, let it the same with the fuel when the boiler be design; improve the combustion equipments, admeasures suitable wind for burn; distribute appropriate dust catcher and so on. This paper wants to get some knowledge for designing and improving the industrial boiler, it researches on the inner structure and looking for a way to solve the problems. The chamber of the boiler has very important effect on the boiler to save energy and reduce it's pollution. The chamber's shape may influence the inner combustion situation, initial density of fuel dust and the darkness of fuel gas. Proper chamber shape can form better dynamic field, increase disturbing and produce whirlpool in the chamber, it prolong the time of flame parts inside the furnace, the carbon grain will be burned more completely, this may decrease the heat loss and keep down part of dust, improve the boiler's burning efficiency, it lead to the reduction of flue dust density and decrease dark darkness.This paper based on the formerly test of the inner dynamic field of the boiler and the inner dynamics properties of a 1.4MW hot water boiler is used as an investigated object.
