| Along with the stabilized macadam-cement is widely used in the construction of the highway base, much more design and construction experience has been accumulated by the department of highway design and construction. But presently, some problems are also in existence in the construction practice. Because of the variance of the aggregate and the construction parameter in the construction practice, the compressive strength and the performance are weakened. Therefore, it is very important to study thoroughly the variance of the construction parameter and the quality control during the construction process for advancing the quality of the project.Firstly, a large amount of data about the construction parameter, which came from the construction resource of the Yan'an section surface of 1-Bid in Jing-An highway, was collected. Having analyzed the data about the construction parameter, it is concluded that the variance of the construction parameter exists in different degree. Besides, the factors which lead to the variance have been analyzed, and the secret how the project quality has been weakened by the factors is also found in the thesis. Then on the basis of the conclusion, the Orthogonal Experiment is designed to get the value of influence to intensity of the factors. So we can conclude which factor is the primary one, and which one is the minor.According the project practice, the reasonable construction crafts on the stabilized macadam-cement are raised. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward to guide the construction practice and reduce the variance, and finally to improve the project quality. |
