Cement stabilized crushed stone base is semi rigid base, and cement stabilized crushed stone base construction should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the temperature and humidity changes are more sensitive to changes in humidity and temperature changes in the cycle will cause the cement stabilized crushed stone base cracking and other damage. Although the small cracks will not affect the normal use of the road function, the water will be entered into the base with the cracks. Under the effect of repeated load and water, easily lead to decline in the grass-roots strength of structure, the cracks become larger, such as treatment, will affect the pavement performance and service life.Different types of semi rigid base course material strength formation mechanism are analyzed from the strength mechanism and the cause of cracks of the cement stabilized macadam material. Respectively, crack causes of semi rigid base course are analyzed form dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage. Material properties of cement stabilized macadam base are carried out in experimental study. Analyze the effect of various experimental factors on the performance of cement stabilized macadam combined with the characteristics of cement stabilized macadam. Meanwhile, focuses on the analysis of the harm of the characteristic of crack and cause of formation and preventive measures for crack of cement stabilized macadam. Luozha county highway is taken as depends on the project, according to the characteristics of the cement stabilized gravel material, application of cement stabilized macadam crack control measures, in the construction of cement stabilized macadam base construction quality control. Analyze the corresponding influencing factors of construction quality.
