| The cement stabilized macadam of semi-rigid base course has been broadly used in the highway construction for its excellent performance. From the point of analyzing its performance and the construction plants, the paper studied on various factors influencing the construction quality of the cement stabilized macadam of semi-rigid base course.In the course of researching the construction plants' performance, the paper focus on the two parameters mixing uniformity and weight system veracity of stabilized soil mixing plant which influence the cement uniformity and veracity of cement dosage seriously. The paper studied the mixing uniformity of stabilized soil mixing plant, and then found the relationship of mixing uniformity, filling rate, the ratio of length to width of mixer and wing setting angel, and validates it by experiments. The results indicate that the mixing uniformity became worse when the filling rate rose, and the ratio of length to width influenced it obviously. The mixer which filling rate is 40% and its mixture has 5% cement dosage, its mixing uniformity could exceed 0.2% when the ratio of length to width of mixer more than 2.03. Furthermore, it studied the weight system veracity of stabilized soil mixing plant and advanced the concrete calibrate process. The research showed that the weight system veracity depend on exact calibrate which could increase the weight system veracity also. At last, the paper advanced the concrete scheme of the construction plant based on analyzing the performance of construction plant.The paper analyzed factors influencing the construction quality such as the construction plant, materials, test methods and etc, and studied it by experiments. In the research of gradation change influencing to the EDTA titration result of cement dosage, found that the EDTA titration result was obviously influenced by the gradation, for instance, when the passage quantity of 4.75mm screen changed 10 percent, cement dosage changed 2.4 percent. The paper introduced the cement film equivalent thickness to explain the cause and educed the revise formula. Study on the compaction property under different compaction work of cement stabilized macadam, the conclusion is the compaction work increase, and then the greatest dry density increase and the best moisture content reduce. Changing the compaction work by add the compaction weight would make the dry density increase and the moisture content reduce, and furthermore, the compaction curve becomes smoothly, the moisture content sensitiveness of the greatest dry density is falling, the performance is insensitivity coefficient increased and the construction difficulty reduced.Analyzing the working parameters of paver and road roller, combining test road, the paper studied composition of construction machines, including the plant choice and the quantity calculation, and then summarized the point of construction technologies and quality control of cement stabilized macadam. |
