How to actualize the harmless treatment of waste tires is a question which needs to be studied in several realms. Waste tires are increasing with geometric series and the traditional treatment method has many defects. In view of that seeking a new treatment process has already become an urgent affair.Large-scale highway construction gives chances to the harmless treatment and recycle of waste tires. At present, the research at home and abroad is focused on the crumb rubber modified asphalt. But this method has some defects such as complicated fabricate technology, huge investment, a little wastage of waste tiers. In view of it some oversea researchers turned their attention to the waster tires optimized concrete in 1990's. This research still stays the beginning stage and there is no systematic research finding in our country. So it is precursory and important to study the waster tires optimized concrete in good time. At the same time it meets the era's topic advocating the saving economy and green "GDP" .The waster tires optimized concrete is a new kind of concrete material in which the crumb rubber is used as the admixture of cement concrete. In this thesis three kinds of crumb rubber with different particle diameter are used as the rubber admixture. Many groups of optimized concrete specimens are manufactured in condition of different displaced volume (sand displaced with volume percent) . In this thesis a series of attempt and study aiming at fabricate technology and completed specimens are done, including the surface treatment test of powder rubber and crumb rubber, the workability test of optimized concrete, the mechanical behavior test of optimized concrete, the volume weight test, the microcosmic computational analysis of mechanical behavior of optimized concrete and so on.The results of surface treatment test of powder rubber and crumb rubber indicate: The zinc stearate in rubber can be removed by soaking in NaOH. In this way the cohesive state between rubber and cement mortar is improved, the microcosmic and macroscopic behaviors of optimized concrete are also improved. The results of workability test of optimized concrete indicate: There is a little different workability in different kinds of rubber (powder rubber, crumb rubber-1, crumb rubber-2). But the slump constant appears the rule which decrease in early stage and increase in later stage with the increase of rubber...
