When the power grid has developed, the traditional method for manage the dispatch work is inefficient, difficult to statistic, can't bear the modern dispatch management.Base on the real need of Shengli oil field, this paper analyzed the technology of computer .network and software ,and putted forward that it is needed to build the system of Shengli Oilfield dispatching information system using the technology of process-oriented workflow. The paper studied and designed the whole structure ,hardware and the function of system.
