With the continuous deep development of electric power reformation, electric powerinformation are facing more and more opportunities and challenges. How to correspond andmanage the electric supply chain will be the key of steady and safety electric power supply. Thethesis hopes to give a solution with the study of designing electric power information platform.In the first chapter , one hand ,the paper analyses importantly the conditions, achievements andproblems of our electric power information ,.On the other hand, we conclude all kinds of trends ofthe future our electric power information.In the second chapter , after discussing the organization structure and management character ofour electric power system, we know that the inbeing demand of electric power supply chaininformation is establishing the electric power information platform which can integrate all sorts ofinformation resources of the supply chain and insure the high quality running of power supply.The third,forth and fifth chapters are the soul of this paper. Firstly, we bring forward thethought that new electric grid corporation should be the manager of the supply chain and theinformation platform in future. Secondly we give the framework of the platform functions whichinclude the electric generation management, the electric transportation match management, theelectric sale management and the integration intelligence management. In the forth chapter , webuild up the platform integration model by using the modern advanced information integrationtechnologies which include data integration, component integration, the business integration ,theenterprise application integration and the electric service integration .What's more, we continue tostudy how to develop,apply and actualize the platform.The fifth chapter is about the technology details which are used to realize many deferentfunctions of the platform. Here, we pay attention to the platform application of informationtechnologies including component technology, data warehouse technology, data miningtechnology, knowledge management, business process management, web service technology.The electric safe supply has tight relations with state activities and people living, so the platforminformation safety is discussed in the last chapter The electric information platform safety defenceis built on the base of net safety defence and system safety management depence.
