Shengli Oilfield power grid erected is rather special, during the early building of oilfield, the power lines often under underground oil reservoirs to the distribution to set up, and Shengli Oilfield is located in the coastal, poor weather conditions, so the power lines caused power accidents, accidents caused by the power failure, affecting crude oil production.The current way of electrical equipment repair of Shengli Oilfield, maintenance has been regular visits by the transition to condition-based maintenance, condition-based maintenance based on unscientific but now only rely on the terrain and the defects of man-made set according to experience, condition-based maintenance program. This approach will inevitably result in maintenance of human, material waste, more seriously, there is no real need to repair the power lines to maintain, not only the lack of science, and has a lot of blindness. This paper plans to use the power system reliability theory, the establishment of the state of evaluation of the reliability of power lines mathematical model, using fault tree analysis theory (FTD), the use of principles of construction of the minimal cut set fault tree running transmission lines, overhead transmission and distribution lines for the evaluationEvaluation of the state through power lines to estimate the fault line of the defect state, with the results of transmission and distribution lines to guide the correct routine inspections, the implementation of condition-based maintenance, timely repair of defects and to ensure reliable power supply lines play an important role.
