Research & Application Of Workflow Technology In Electric Power Engineering Project Management System

By informational and personal resources, workflow technology deals with all stepsof a business process concertedly, by which the business process will be implementedstep by step according to certain rules and be executed automatically. The problem ofthe electric power project management is a perplexing, integrative and long timesystemic engineering. It requires to solve the unisonous problem between the functionand operation of electric enterprise. Workflow technology is applied in the electricengineering management in this paper. It designs and implements a workflowmanagement system adapting to the operation flow in the electric engineeringmanagement, which solve the problem of diversification and incertitude. The systemdefines four kinds of process model, and implements a process modeling tools whichcan define process model simply and expediently. The system provides the run timeexecution environment for a process instance and implements a lightweight workflowengine.
