Based On Dsp And The Fieldbus Can Intelligent Release

Intelligent release is the kernel of intelligent air circuit breaker. Inherited all functions from traditional release, it has developed some functions such as displaying measurements instantaneously, data logger and inquisition of failure, self-diagnosis, communication in network, etc. After the history of release is reviewed, this paper discussed the trend of intelligent apparatus, especially intelligent release, and proposed the research of intelligent release based on DSP and Control Area Network.This paper dissertates the theory of designing an intelligent in details, includes the sampling sensors of electrical parameters, the method of calculating the value of parameters, all protective functions and the mathematic model of these functions. Based on the theory, the designing method of the DSP system and other peripheral blocks was established. Through the synthetic design of hardware and software of the system, all protective functions are realized. In this paper, the designing information of blocks is discussed detailed in hardware and software.For reliable running in the atrocious circumstance, the EMC design of intelligent release was discussed. As some measures of hardware and software are used in the system, the stability and reliability of release are achieved.All protective functions of intelligent release are based on the measurement of electric current. The error of measurement is discussed in details from every aspect. To reduce the relative error of AC electrical parameters measured by the traditional sampling algorithm in the non-synchronous sampling condition, a multi-mean algorithm is proposed in this paper. By means of the error analysis and improvement measures, the precision of release in the measurement and protection is enhanced.After the experiment of intelligent release model, all functions and target are validated. Furthermore, the experimental data is helpful in the improvement of intelligent release.
