It has great significance to real-time monitor the various parameters of distribution transformers. As we know, the distribution transformers are widespread key equipments in power distribution system. The working state of the distribution transformer influences the quality of power supply to users. How to find out abnormal problems timely and optimize the power distribution net are the questions in front of the power distribution company at all time.A new design of intelligent distribution monitoring terminal was proposed in this paper. The new design is based on the analysis of the current situation of distribution power system, the needs of distribution automation in our country and the international and domestic TTU research. The design has superiority on price, precision and reliability. The terminal has been produced and debugged according to the design.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:First, according to the structure and working principle of the distribution monitoring terminal, the design objectives, functional requirements and performance needs were analyzed. A kind of 32-bit MCU, AT91SAM7S256 was used as controlling core and high accuracy, multifunctional three-phase energy metering ATT7022B as data collecting core.Secondly, the hardware circuit design was described. The whole terminal was divided into three parts: control panel, power meter module and based panel. Each parts' working principles and design ideas were expounded in detail, especially the principle of data acquisition circuit and hardware anti-jamming measures.Then, in the aspect of software programming, a simple serial communication protocol was designed for the communication between the control panel and the power meter module. And the design about the power meter module software was also finished, especially the computer auto-calibration software platform for the precision calibration needs.Finally, after finishing the precision calibration, the distribution monitoring terminal prototype completed various EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) test and the high and low temperature environment test.
