Based on research method of problem-oriented, an auxiliary decision-making system for dispatch is designed, which used the methodology of probabilistic evaluation and system engineering. The paper analyzes the basis of operation-risk evaluation making application for reliability principle, automation technology for dispatch and practical operation-management, in addition, pointes out that the system is a kind of tool with the function of random quantitative-analysis utilizing the platform of EMS/DTS. Making use of the method of system integration based on CIM/CIS, the system realizes online continuous safe-running for 24-hours in dispatching station of JINHUA. As a result, the test is satisfied, at the same time, valuable experience for practical systemdevelopment is offered for the future. |
