Power system is the most important energy system in modern society.It provides a large amount of energy for the society without interruption,and its stable operation is an important guarantee for the people’s livelihood.The normal operation of the power grid is affected by many factors,but the most influential and damaging is the emergency outside the power grid.External emergencies are mainly characterized by unpredictability,difficulty in rehearsing,rapid development of events and multiple attacks on the power grid.Once they occur,the power grid will enter the stage of regional,high concentration and high frequency tripping in a short time,which will seriously damage the complete stability of the power system,greatly reduce the reliability of the power grid,and even cause the disarray of the power grid.External emergencies may cause serious damage to all kinds of power grids,which cannot be completely avoided either in underdeveloped areas with weak network architecture or in developed areas with higher load density.In less developed areas,due to the weak power grid architecture,external emergencies are prone to damage the power grid structure and cause large area power outages.However,in developed areas,although the power grid structure is relatively strong,due to the higher load density in developed areas,the load capacity ratio problem is more serious,which is more likely to lead to multiple equipment out of operation or over-limit and overload operation,breaking through the grid defense line,and also damaging the grid structure,leading to a large area of power failure.In view of the regional power grid emergency severe damage from outside,this article mainly in the aspect of regional power grid in view of the external events can bring serious damage,scheduling measures based on the operation side development for external emergency auxiliary decision system of regional power grid scheduling,to the scheduling of auxiliary operator to make the right decisions,and quick means of scheduling,Transition the affected power grid to a safer power grid structure as soon as possible to control the spread of accidents and prevent grid disassembly.The research has the following points:1)In view of the external events occurring in the regional power grid,study the knowledge and information requirements of the dispatching side,establish the specialized knowledge base for dispatching,and ensure that dispatchers can make correct decisions in the emergency decision-making process.2)Study the automatic analysis method of load transfer based on power grid topology under external emergencies,and study the method of automatically obtaining load transfer channels,load checking results and quick implementation schemes based on power grid topology according to the load measure demand during emergencies.3)An auxiliary decision-making system for power grid dispatching in external emergency areas is developed,and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed principle and method are verified by practical case analysis.
