The main task of dispatcher is to ensure the power network operating in conditions such as:security, stability, economics efficiency. With the development of national economy and power grid scale, the higher request about reliability and economics of power system is raised, and the dispatchers face great challenges including:the continuous enlarging of power grid scale, the more complex structure, the more flexible and diverse operating mode. In the above complicated circumstances, it shall be more difficult to guarantee the security of power grid operating.According to the current database and practical level for EMS system, the aid decision making system about risk assessment and operating mode for power grid is developed based on the already developed EMS applications. To realize the control of security and stability for power grid, this system, an essential part of the decision support system for intelligent dispatching, aims to solve the key technologies such as: operating mode arrangement, dynamic security assessment, aid decision making for control, and risk assessment and decision. A system for risk prevention and control from omni-directional grid is constructed to ensure the security, reliability, flexible coordination, economics, environmental protection and efficiency for power grid.A comprehensive data platform for power grid risk assessment, integrated data sources such as:SCADA, PI, SAP, is constructed based on the study of ShaoXing regional power grid. Applying the partial fast topology algorithm and the network risk assessment algorithm with interactive verification of AC and DC power flow under the constraints of maintenance mode, the corresponding control measures for possible risks arising from the normal operation and maintenance, and the simulated maintenance of power network shall be provided. When the maintenance is being arranged, the weaknesses in the power network shall be automatically judged and the corresponding schemes shall be provided for the operator to compare and select. |
