Batch Asphalt Mixing Equipment, Vibrating Screen Sieve Allocation

Through the following aspects of asphalt mixture and the theory of gradation, principle of batch asphalt mixing plant, vibrating screen and correlation theory, and production control technique of asphalt mixture, this paper combines two subjects of civil engineering and construction machine, and studies the configuration methods of screen cloth for batch asphalt mixing plant by theoretical analysis and experimental verification to guide construction. First, at the basis of materiel sieving theory, aiming at improving screening efficiency, it considers practice construction environments and conditions, and studies the configuration method of screen aperture. In the method, it presents mathematical model, calculate process, object example. The result of experimentation indicates that the method is effective. Second, on the clue of ratio relation between height of layer and aperture size, and at the basis of comprehensive consideration of several practice factors, the paper studies the configuration method of screen aperture and presents calculate example, at last gives the result of experimentation and analysis.
