With the rapid development of our Engineering Machinery, vibration screen has beenwidely applied to road-building,mining, metallurgy, coal, petrochemical industry, reservoirenergy, light industry, building, transport and communication trade, railroad, etc, in order toaccomplish sieving technical process of various kinds, playing a most important role in thedevelopment of the whole national economy. Vibration screen mainly includes vibrationgenerator, vibration spring, Screen frame, with its rectangular screening surface on the screenbox. Vibration generator acts on screen box and screening surface to create vibration ofdifferent tracks. Vibration screen can be divided into circular vibrating screen, ellipticalvibrating screen, linear vibrating screen and so on according to different tracks, and linearvibrating screen is widely used for its simple structure and operational reliability. Thevibration of linear vibrating screen is produced by two shafts with partial mass revolvingsynchronously but in reverse order. Regardless of the instantaneous position of the screen, thecomponent forces along the direction of vibration of centrifugal forces which are produced bythe two partial mass are always superimposed, while the other ones along the normaldirection just cancel each other out, leading to a exciting force along a single direction, whichcauses screen box to make the straight reciprocating motion. Through the study of dual-motorlinear vibrating screen, we can get the synchronous operation conditions,and the problems of nosynchronization.It has mportant practical significan to obtain the screening product of highquality and design product of redundant reliability.With the Dual motor straight vibrating screen as the object of study, this dissertation hasdone research work on the following sides:1.Firstly,analyze the Principle of Vibration of the Dual motor straight vibrating screenand establish a mathematical model, we can get the conclusion that when dual vibrationmotors synchronous operation,the vibrating screen works as approximate reciprocate linearvibration. Secondly,analysis the operation process of dual-motor and obtain the synchronousoperation conditions.The larger the Synchrony index is,the easier Self-synchronization willbe come true. 2.Built the Dual motor straight vibrating screen model with the3D modeling software-Pro/E, lead it into the dynamics simulation software-ADAMS after an appropriatesimplification and,through the simulation analysis of the vibrating screen, we can get theconclusion that two identical motors will achieve self-synchronous operation,the vibratingscreen do regular harmonic vibration. When two vibrating motors have phase difference due tomanufacturing, installation errors,two motors are no longer synchronized operation.It willlead to beat vibration. So try to choose the motor with similar mechanical properties.3. Through the establishment of flexible vibrating beam in ANSYS,lead it into thesimulation software-ANSYS and Replace rigid beam.Through compare simulation results ofthe vibrating screen,we can get the conclusion that the deformation of vibrating beam duringvibration will affect the self-synchronous.Therefore, during operation of the vibrating screenmust ensure adequate stiffness of the vibration beam, in order to avoid the effects of vibrationon the shaker. |
