Vibrating screen is a sieving equipment driven by an excitation shaft,which is widely used in hydropower,coal,mining,road & highway construction,metallurgical and other industries.The existing three-axis elliptic vibrating screen is based on gear transmission by using forced vibration synchronization,which has many drawbacks including poor lubrication,complicate structure,difficult maintenance etc.Therefore,current research is mainly aimed to change the three-axis elliptical movement from forced synchronization to control synchronization.Based on the practical need of related industry,herein we designed a large-scale three-axis elliptic screen with a forced triaxial elliptical trajectory controlled by the eccentricity of the three-axis motion.This vibrating screen can be widely used in mining and water conservation industry for material sieving.The main topics of this paper include:1)According to the design standard of the elliptical vibrating screen and the enterprise research and market demand,the overall design scheme of the three-axis self-synchronizing elliptical vibrating screen was developed.2)According to the design proposal,first,the mechanical design of shale shaker is carried out,including the analysis and design of the main force components such as beams and side plates,the selection of screen face,vibration exciter,inverter motor and so on.3)Based on the structural characteristics of large self-synchronizing elliptical shale shakers and working occasions,control system design mainly including electrical hardware and software control.Specificly including control programs,technical difficulties,technical route design.4)Commissioning large-scale self-synchronizing oval shaker new products,after many experiments and continuous improvement,get more satisfactory results;5)Make a summary of the project's overall design work.Expound the design content and innovation and some expectation is bring forward for research on vibrating screen.In this study,the mechanical component of the vibrating screen is modified and improved,based on the working condition previous screen.Control system changes gear transmission to electric control,mainly controls screen machine can ensure every motor a stable phase under load.It is can be said that synchronous control is a new direction in the development of vibrating screen...
