Based On Gis Watershed Water Quantity Evaluation Method And Applied Research

Water resources is the material bases of human Beings' survival and social and economic development,It is important natural resource that can not be replaced. With the quick development of economic and social and urbanization process.the demands for the water resources of people are higher and higher.but fresh water resources that can be utilized are limited.The deficient of water resources has not only restrain the development economic and social,has but Also caused the constant deterioration of water environment . It is the prerequisite and foundation of carrying on development , utilization , plan, management of water resources to familiar with the water resource amount and distribution of space-time.So.studying with the importance of quantity of regional water resource has not only theoretical but also realistic meaning.This text that summarizes and analyses the current studying situations both at home and abroad of the evaluation of water resources points out the deficiency of the evaluation of water resource at present.On analysing the constitutes and characters of water resources system, it sets up the evaluation models of quantity of water resource in basin.Finally,Regarding as Tarim basin as the research object.The concrete content is as follows:(1) On consulting the domestic and foreign documents about water resources, it summarizes the current situation in water resource evaluation both at home and abroad.combining the characters and advantage of GIS.utilizing GIS as the means of water resources evaluation will be the development trend in the future.(2) It explains basic thinks of the quantity evaluation of water resources in detail, and expounds the fact that principles , contents, basic theories and methods that are utilized in evaluating; It Probes into precipitation, evaporation capacity, surface water resources amount, ground water resources amount and water resources total amount that include computing technologies and sums up their evaluating methods especially.(3)By utilizing GIS, it narrates the basic method to calculate the precipitation of basin in detail, Explains the evaluating system of quantity of water resources design and development course on the basis of GIS.(4) Choosing the Tarim basin river as the research object of the quantity of water resource by GIS, and utilizing the models of above-mentioned quantity of water resource set up, it calculates precipitation , evaporation capacity , surface water resources amount , ground water resources amount , water resources total amount in evaluating the quantity of water resources of the Tarim basin, and analyses the result of calculation proved. By verifying: The result that accords with the actual conditions of quantity of water resources in Tarim is rational , reliable.(5) By utilizing Visual Basic6.0 as the systematic developing instrument make the evaluation software of in quantity of water resources in Tarim basin river on the basis of GIS.the interface is friendly;and it is convenient in operating the system.
