In our country, building science is developing rapidly.Accordingly,many newly developed building techonlogies,materials,crafts and devices which are more and more important in building industry spring up and spread wildly.However,anything new has a process of growing. In the early period of a new technology's application, there are some uncertainties which may bring about negative effects in a building project. Because building products cost much and the reliability of building is concerned with the safety of the people's life and fortune .So it is very important to take a research of RNFBTA(the Risks of Newly Developed Building Technology's Application).This thesis presents a series of researches of RNFBTA according to the common theories of risk researchs.This thesis conforms to the common steps of risk researches and considers the special aspects of RNFBTA..Generally, this thesis includes some important parts such as:1. At first, this thesis proves it is necessary to take this research. On this basis ,it describes the research status both in our country and in foreign countries. It is shown that few researchers are engaged in this work, and there are some experts have begun the researches in this field.2. Secondly, this thesis presents a general description of common theories in risk research in order to prepare the next researches.3. The third part of this thesis is very important because it comprise the majority of this thesis. There are three segments in this part. The first is about the identification of RNFBTA.In this thesis, we adopt logic methods and methods of investigation to set up a table including most possible risk factors of newly developed building technology's application. The second is concerned with quantitative researches of RNFBTA, which is made up by an AHP (analysis hierarchy process) model of risk estimate and evaluation .After an estimate of risks by some specialist, and we introduce a method of entropy measure combined with AHP to determine the weight of each specialist. Then a model of AHP is given to evaluate the risk of whole project. The third is about how to select the best measures to deal with the risks. We use the method of AHP to help us to make this decision.4.The fourth part of this thesis describe a whole analysis process of the risks ofRNFBTA,which prove that this thesis has its own value and is useful for newly developed building technology application.Generally, this thesis present a quantitative model which adopt various methods to analyze RNFBTA.In the end of this thesis ,some advices that may be helpful for the next research are put forward.
