| The distribution network is the important part to the electric power system. Its safety and the reliability of monitoring and management system are related to the national economy directly. So it is important for the production and the living to master the course of the distribution network in time. Recently, with the development of economy and living standard , the users put forward higher requirement to the reliability. In order to satisfy with these requirement, the system of the power energy management which is integrate preventing-stealing-energy and monitoring functions should be researched .In recent years, with the development of modern communication technology, the GPRS technology is developed .GPRS augments packet switched ability to GSM network, supplying instantaneous Internet connections and greatly increasing data transmission rate. GPRS network communication can achieve high-speed transmission of great data stream, assuring the real-time transmission of data, which is significative to the distribution transformer real-time monitoring system.In this thesis, the feasibility and superiority of GPRS communication is given. GPRS interrelated knowledge is summarized. According to the demand of power energy management system, the communication scheme based on GPRS combining Internet is carried out, which takes full advantage of the instantaneous Internet connections of GPRS. In addition, considering the CMNET's deficiency of the secrecy and real-time, another scheme of Virtual Private Network (VPN) based on GPRS combining fiber is brought forward. The hardware design of terminal unit is described in details, as well as the communication protocol. The design of master station and database is also described.In practice, the power energy management system based on GPRS network communication runs reliably and meets the demands of users. It is of great significance to improving the safety and economical operating level of distribution network and enhancing the energy management and power supply quality.With the development of the technology of the third generation mobile communication, the data transmission model based on CDMA will be used. This third generation technology has faster speed and larger capacity than the second one. This technology will be benefit to the data transmission and automatic monitoring in the power system. This thesis will introduce this technology. |
