EME is a balanceable system. But now people are destroying it intentionally and unintentionally, as a result, EME feed back people such as the influence to human health and equipments. Especially the influence of the power frequency electric and magnetic fields to human health is the hot topic that is discussed and researched extensively by a lot of international organizations such as IEC and CIGRE, the purpose is to concrete the actual danger of the influence, and to institute the corresponding standard.According to the current station, the paper researches and measures the powerfrequency electric field of the important electric and m agnetic radiant point------high voltage transmission line and transformer substation of the power system. Firstly, The paper simulates the resultant electric field with MATLAB of three-phase transmission line which is triangle arrangement. It derives that the size and orientation of result electric vector relate to not only time, but also spatial site. The d ynamic rotary p rocess o f e lectric v ector c an b e o bserved d istinctly via t he simulation. According to the track figure of rotary electric vector at different site, it is intuitionistic to see the polarization, rotary orientation, original angle of rotary vector, and generic rules are summarized from it. The grand should be considered in engineering, and the paper calculates the power frequency electric field with mirror method under the transmission line and simulative charge method in the transformer substation. This offers theoretic help for the research of the electric and magnetic environment and its ecological influence under transmission line, consequently it should be defended by some measures.Secondly, the paper measures the power frequency electric field of the 500KV Jinan transformer substation by EFA 300 which is introduced from Narda Co. in German, and analyze and process the data by MS Excel software. Accordingly the distributing station is known of the power frequency electric field of the transformer substation. These results have important theoretic significance andapplied value to the interference of the power frequency electric field and its defended research of the transformer substation.Finally, the paper makes comparison and choice of the evaluating standard of the power frequency electric field, and brings forward more objective standard. Then, the paper compares the data with the standard. Besides, the paper puts forward a series of defended measures in order to control the electromagnetic interference into the standard range.
