China has become the world's second power in the packaging,However,in the packaging machinery research investment is far lower than developed countries,packaging equipment intelligent maintenance technology is far behind Germany,the United States,Italy,Japan and other packaging powers.Besides,equipment is the basic factor of productivity,and it is one of the key factors to determine the production efficiency and product quality,we should accelerate the technological progress of packaging machinery industry to enhance the level of packaging machinery,Strengthen packaging machinery complete sets of packaging machinery is the main countermeasure to improve the level.In recent years,the research input of packaging industry has been increasing,and has made some achievements,some large packaging companies have the ability to produce complete sets of equipment,it is an important factor for improving the market competitiveness and economy by providing fast and effective after-sale maintenance service.At present,the maintenance of equipment in the packaging industry in China is still on-site the field maintenance,and the developers need to carry out regular equipment troubleshooting.Manufacturers must send engineers to the scene to check and service the equipment failure when the failure occurs,can not solve the problem immediately,response slowly;On the other hand,the ability of solving problems is not strong cause the high integration level of complete sets of equipment,mainly rely on the developers experience to determine the cause of the failure,taking long time for troubleshooting and reducing the availability factor of the equipment,increasing the maintenance cost.Combined with the characteristics of complete sets of equipment and carton packaging process,this article designs an intelligent packaging equipment maintenance system based on remote monitoring,monitoring the running state of the equipment through establishing an remote monitoring system,and forecasting the equipment failure according to the equipment operation trend data for reduce the equipment failure rate,improve equipment utilization,reduce the impact caused by equipment failure and risk.In addition,managers can manage the whole set of equipment,through the remote monitoring system,greatly reducing the labor intensity.An reliable and stable remote monitoring system is a prerequisite for realizingintelligent equipment maintenance,this article focuses on the research and design of remote monitoring system for the running state of the equipment and remote maintenance,establish a connection between the remote terminal,server and terminal equipment,collecting of packaging machinery complete sets of equipment running state parameters through the host computer,transfer data transmission and operation procedures of the equipment through the network,to achieve remote monitoring running state data of equipment and real-time control.This article introduces the current situation and development trend of packaging industry,the research status of intelligent maintenance and remote monitoring technology,then clear the research content,determine the feasibility of the project.Starting from system requirements,this article puts forward the overall structure of the monitoring system for the whole set of equipment and explicates the design of hardware circuit.Putting forward the software program of monitoring system,designing the software's realization of the server,database and remote terminal.A reliable communication is the premise of realizing the intelligent maintenance system,so,has designed the serial communication and network communication scheme.Using Socket and TCP/IP to realize the network communication with server,ADO.NET to access the database,C# to design a simple man-machine interface.Focus on design of the module like information management,parameter setting,data monitoring and program management,in addition,also designed the user permission,different permissions correspond to different operations for ensuring the safety problems in the process of information management.In order to verify the system of packaging machinery equipment remote monitoring meets the design requirements,this article tested the system,especially test the content of the communication,function and interface etc.,the results show that the system can achieve the desired goal,can run stably.
