| Along with the development of testing technology, the automation degree of the intelligent instrument is higher and higher, and the function is more and more complicated. In order to manage and coordinate various complicated functions more effectively, and raise the automation degree of the intelligent instrument further, embedded real time operation system is introduced into the design and application filed of the intelligent instrument. Meanwhile, the network technology is permeating toward the design and application filed of the intelligent instrument gradually, the use of the network technology not only can strengthen the function of the intelligent instrument, but also can break the region restrict and extend the work radius of the intelligent instrument. With the development of the application, the problem of upgrade of the intelligent instrument system comes up. If there are some methods that can upgrade the intelligent instrument system but do not change the original hardware platform, it not only can shorten the period of development, but also can save the cost. So it is necessary to design some kind of intelligent instrument that is established on the special hardware platform which has the character of reconfiguration .If reconfiguration can carry on in developing process, or manufacturing process even after in use, it will very easy to carry out different testing functions on the same hardware platform. The mechanism of boundary scan is a new method of electric circuit testing and testability design. The thesis studys how to use the mechanism of boundary scan to carry out the configuration for the programmable chip. The concept of the new type of intelligent instrument is put forward. The new type of intelligent instrument is established on embedded system, and has the function of reconfiguration and network. This thesis completes some research and design works, such as the research of reconfiguration technology, the research of the electronics design automation technology, the research of the mechanism of software working on embedded real time operation system and the research of network technology, and put forward the valid project about how to design the hardware system which has the character of reconfiguration, among them include the debugging work of the software and hardware too. |
