This dissertation represents the design and implementation of a test system of laser fuze based on ColdFire in a military development project with embedded development technology.Laser fuse is the core and heart of certain guided bomb, and the test system we developed is used to test and verify the fuze. So it is extremely important. When in test mode, the test system sends a series of stimulus to the laser fuze with the keyboard we designed for this test system, and also samples its outputs which will be sent to the processor. The processor can judge the correctness of the laser fuze by comparing the sent data and the received data as well as reference data of the test system.Firstly, the composition and principles of the test system are introduced in this thesis, and the control board and their functions are confirmed. This thesis describes a detailed developing process . In this process, some key technology and methods are adopted in the dissertation, for example, Top-Down methods, embedded microprocessor technology. In addition, some prevalent EDA tools such as Protel and some embedded development tools, are also mentioned in this paper.Secondly, the dissertation describes the design and implementation of the control board in the test system in detail. In this part, the paper explains the composition, functions, internal design of control board. According to the resource requirements of the control board, some specific devices is selected, and so the fitting and configuration of the selected device can be carried through. In the end, the debugging methods and the design results are provided in the thesis. In addition,the dissertation introduces the software development methods of the test system,details the system bootloader,interface and testing programming as well as their modes and flowcharts.Lastly, some disadvantages and improvements of the test system are summarized in the article. |
