Along with the test technology developed, intelligent instrument automation degree is more and more higher.The embedded system is one kind of computer system which has the specific function, and larges the flexibility and intelligence of network and communication extremely. Along with the development of information technology and the growth of user demanding, the embedded system application is widespread day by day. In this foundation, the embedded system real-time operating system unifies and the intelligent instrument, which may further enhance the intelligent instrument the automaticity, may strengthen the intelligent instrument the correspondence, alternately, the abilities of processing data, and expands its use scope, so it may manage and coordinate intelligence instrument each kind of complex function more effectively, and will realize the function promotion of intelligent instrument, reduce the development cycle, save the production cost at the same time.According to the basic function and the characteristic of intelligent instrument, this article uses the structural design method.Firstly,it has designed hardware platform which based on the ARM embedded microprocessor LPC2294. The hardware platform mainly includes LPC2294, external communication and control circuit. Among them, the main body electric circuit part mainly includes the power circuit, the clock electric circuit, the system replacement electric circuit, the system memory expander. The external communication and the control circuit mainly includes the serial port communication circuit and the CAN communication channel. The embedded system software core is the embedded real-time operating system. This article operates the platform take ADS 1.2 to real-time operating system .Finally, this article links to the reality, introduces the intelligent instrument emphatically in warm, the humidity survey aspect application and researchs the embedded real-time operating system on intelligent instrument useimg and the software realization. According to warm, the humidity system request carries on the function decomposition and the duty division to the real-time operating system, and analysis the intelligent instrument timeliness and the measuring accuracy.
