The paper introduces the development and present study situation of electrohydraulic proportional control system, and the work principle and every component of electrohydraulic proportional valve-controlled motor system are analyzed in detail, at the same time the paper creates the mathematical model of the valve-controlled motor system. On the base of the particular analysis of the characteristic of the system, fuzzy PID control strategy is brought forward as to the stability of the system, and the corresponding fuzzy controller is designed. Using MATLAB, the paper has made a system simulation model, and simulated respectively the dynamic characteristic of the system under the condition of different signal inputs or loads and got the dynamic response of motor rotate speed outputs. The simulation results prove that fuzzy self-adjusting PID control strategy is well, which involves the merits of fuzzy control and PID control and brings the better static characteristics and dynamic characteristic to the system to attain the expected objective, so it is an effectual method that fuzzy PID control strategy is adopted to the electrohydraulic proportional valve-controlled motor system.
