Fiber Reinforce Plastic (FRP) is a kind of composite materials which has high specific intensity, high specific rigidity, low density; excellent corrosion-resistance .Filament winding (FW) is a kind of FRP forming process. FRP is widely used in aeronautics , astronautics and other fields for its merits.In this paper, a mathematic model is structured for a special part, and a FW pattern is designed based on the model .This pattern is simulated by computer.Firstly, a mathematic model is established based on studied the feature of this part. This part is divided into several parts after analyzing the geometric shape. Geodesic FW pattern has been designed for each subsection. Since the axis of the part is not on the same line, it may be necessary to amend the part in order to make it ease to produce. The amendable method mostly is the FW pattern in the juncture of fastigiated column and sphere. Secondly, under VC++ language, the part model has been structured call for OpenGL. In the program, the geometric parameter has been defined variable for adapted the parts which has same geometric sharp. The FW pattern has been simulated in the computer.In the light of the outcome of the simulating, We see the FW pattern according with the mathematics equation. So the simulating FW pattern plays an important role in directing the real FW. The analyzing of FW pattern and developing have greatly theoretic and practical value in the FW search field of the parts which has the same axis.
