This task is prophase research work of the technology of 20mm antipersonnel shrapnel. 20mm antipersonnel shrapnel (20mm-Shrapnel in short) is the main pill of Single Soldier Synthesis Battle System that is in research. The 20mm Shrapnel is emitted by the united weapon of rifle and shrapnel gun, measured and controlled by the light-electricity firepower control equipment, exploded in the specify distance that is measured through the revolution of shrapnel. In order to design the Single Soldier Synthesis Battle System sample in collectivity, it is necessary to research the whirling characteristic of the 20mm-Shrapnel which in flight at first. This thesis is based on the status of the 20mm-Shrapnel that acted by the force when it in flight. The author deduced the movement equation of the shrapnel that is acted by the air resistance and gravity in detail and calculated it by programme. At the same time the author discussed a method that is used to measure the rotate speed of the shrapnel. All of those are prophase preparation for the 20mm-Shrapnel experiment research work. This thesis discussed the design thought of sensor magnify circuit and Micro-Controller measure system. The sensor magnify circuit mostly includes magnify circuit, filtration circuit, transmutation circuit. The soft ware of micro-controller measure system was designed in blocking, which includes initialization, double byte division, binary-BCD code conversion, display. Thought in focus, arrangement clearly. The hardware of micro controller measure system mostly includes display circuit and reset circuit etc.
