New Inductors Target Flowmeter Developed

The flow measurement plays the pivotal role in the industry, agricultural as well as in people's daily life, so the flowmeter as the survey flux meter is being applied widespreadly. Now there have been hundred kinds of the flowmeters in the market, the different flowmeter is select by the different situation and the survey medium.The flowmeter we designing used the magnetic inductance as the sensor to gather flux signal, used P89LPC936 MCU which is producted by PHILIPS company and is high-powered and low power as the core of control system. The design principle of this overall system is reduces the power , predigests circuit design, consummates system function and convenient operation as far as possible and so on.At first, the paper has a short discussion and introduction about the thesis background, the sort of flowmeters and the development of flowmeters. Then, we can conclude the significance of flux instruments to the industry development. And it is important to research and develop them. In chapter one, we have narrated the computation principle of target flowmeter. After knew the measurement of this meter, we brought forward the meter's function that we want to come true. And we also analyzed its technology requirement of hardware and software department. In chapter two, we have introduced every part of hardware circuits and discussed their function in the system. In chapter three, we have introduced some primary parts of software in the system. In chapter four, there is a presentation for flowmeter which had been designed successfully by carrying on examines on the spot, and carrying on the analysis data which is obtained by examines. Finally, we introduced the parameter of flowmeter and the parameter establishment way.Through the paper concrete introduction, we can understand clearly the designs thought and step of new magnetic force inductance target flowmeter. It has a series of strongpoints as small bulk, low power, simple circuit design, widest measurement, high practicability, convenient operation.and so on.
