In the field of weapons parameters test, with the development of modern weapons and the continuous improvement of the level of scientific research, advanced testing means are demand for more and more pressing, particularly for some of the special modules based on the advanced bus needs more prominent. VXIbus equipment for its unique excellent performance, has widely used in military, aerospace and other fields.Bold improvement and innovation the original theory of the measure of projectile velocity, virtual instrument technology based on VXIbus has been introduced in. In this paper, designed a module that be the same with a variety kind of velocity measurement coil and can measure the single, automatic fire, multiple bullet/shrapnel., and characteristics of powerful computing capability that the host computer of VI has , focus on resolving the puzzle that how to measure multiple bullet/shrapnel's velocity.Focused on solving some of the hardware module's problems, designed the corresponding signal conditioning circuit for the different kinds of velocity measurement coil and projectile. In particular, take full advantage of the Cyclone FPGA series programmable chips design the function circuit, including register-based interface circuit, time-base circuit, the main timer, the accessorial timer, storage circuit and so on. Resolved the overflow and compete problems when time and storage data.Emulated correlative funcation circuit.On the part of software, introduced how to make the application program and the IVI drive based on the LabWindows/CVI development environment. And programmed the IVI driver, achieved interoperability of the instrument on the real significance. Designed the application program based on the IVI driver for different types of shells, in particular multiple bullet/shrapnel. Achieve the data processing and display;Carried out indoor target shooting experiments based on the verification of the module is working use of analog signal generator. According to the analysis of the data can know the module works correctly and reliably.
