The paper discusses and analyzes methods of testing various parameters in aircraft electric power system, and designs aircraft electric power testing system which is based on Virtual Instruments. In this paper, some improved measuring methods are provided according to Military standard 704E, and the comparing emulating test are implemented, the result shows that the new measuring methods have much better quality. Digital filter which is based on various frequency location and some hardware measures are used to solve the measurements of distortion spectrum for AC and DC voltage. Labview software language is used to implement the overall testing system software design, and this software has been used in practical environments. Through the practical experiment, it is approved that the software of data processing and overall testing system meet basic accuracy requirement. In this paper, the test error which is caused by the methods of test and error are analysed briefly, and the measures which reduces the error is provided. Finally, According to the newest developing trend of measuring technology, some measuring methods which will be improved or completed is presented in this paper.
