Aircraft electrical power supply systems (AEPSS) play an important role in the modern airplane. It is very important for studying AEPSS to measure the parameters of AEPSS accurately and rapidly. This paper describes the theories and methods employed in measuring AEPSS parameters, develops the system for measuring AEPSS parameters on base of the theory of Virtual Instrument.The main works of this paper are followed: Analysing the sampled data for measuring steady-state parameters and transient parameters and the quality of AEPSS which are described in MIL-STD-704C and HB6448-90.Developing the software of the system for mearsuring AEPSS by means of software engineering.
