Anti-lock Braking system(ABS)of Automobile which is based on conventional control system is a kind of electrical-mechnical system,which uses electrical control technology to against the wheel braked and balance braking force.Fuzzy control is a kind of intelligent control,a form of human intelligent control.it uses fuzzy conroller to realize system control based on fuzzy model of object controlled.fuzzy model, using fuzzy logical language and policy,describes properties of a system.This paper is based on the working theory of Anti-lock Braking system ,the properties of fuzzy control,the modelling for vehicle system and vhicle tyre.by using of wheel speed sensor, the gather of wheel speed is practiced by filter ,amplier,modifying of wheel speed.based on the wheel slip ratio of ABS .given vehicle speed and wheel speed ,the wheel slip ratio is computed .the error and error change ratio of slip ratio is obtained by given refering slip ratio.which is the input of fuzzy control which comprises of input fuzzy. Fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy policy, output inverse fuzzy.in fuzzy reasoning ,a formulation is obtained based on general fuzzy reasoning ,by different adaptive factor to modify taking care of different error. A fuzzy rule tab is formed.in hardware design, choicing 16 bit single-chip computer .designing singal input circuit.output driving circuit,power source circuit and forming an ABS fuzzy control circuit.at last, linking the wheel modelling by virtue of 5196 simulation,experiment sesults are given.
