Before the aircraft is put into operation,it is necessary to conduct comprehensive and accurate functional testing of the aircraft brake system to determine whether the safety of the brake system meets the requirements.In order to verify the performance of the brake system,it is necessary to simulate the real working environment of the aircraft brake system during takeoff and landing in the ground test.However,in the ground experiment,it is difficult for the aircraft itself to provide the real wheel speed signal for the brake system.Aiming at this problem,a wheel speed simulation system based on LabVIEW is developed.The system can provide the required wheel speed signal for the test of various functions of the aircraft brake system.The system can also simulate the wheel-borne signal state of the aircraft during takeoff and landing.From the perspective of electromagnetic compatibility and system equipment capacity,the overall design of the system electrical architecture is carried out;from the perspective of equipment mobility convenience and rationality of equipment layout,the overall design of the system mechanical architecture is carried out;as the control core of the system,the software is analyzed from the perspective of system function,and the overall design of the system software architecture is carried out.The engine speed simulation system is used as the AC speed control system.The core component of the system is the PMSM.Firstly,it is modeled and analyzed and the physical model is derived.The mathematical model of different coordinate systems is built by the electromagnetic equation.Secondly,the current loop,speed loop and SVPWM algorithm module are designed.Then the simulation model based on PI control is built according to the motor parameters selected in the wheel speed simulation system.Then,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced into the speed loop,and a simulation model based on fuzzy PI control is built.Finally,the fuzzy algorithm based on fuzzy PI control is applied to the system to build a complete engine speed simulation system.Aiming at the introduced speed regulation algorithm based on fuzzy PI control,the design experiment is carried out to verify the algorithm.According to the simulation function of the wheel,the four-wheel control mode and the single-wheel control mode experimentwere designed.For the performance of the brake system,the anti-skid function test,the grounding protection function test,the wheel protection function test and the turning function test experiment were designed.The experimental results show that The introduced speed control algorithm based on fuzzy PI control improves the speed accuracy and achieves the goal of providing the real wheel speed signal for the brake system.The system has been successfully applied to the ground test experiment of a certain type of aircraft brake system.
