Programmable Modular Signal Conditioning

Intelligent instrument is a new-type instrument that combines routine instrument technology and microprocessor technology. It gives full play to the role of intellectual control of the microprocessor, improves test performance and expands the function of the instrument.The paper is to design a programmed-controlled sectional signal regulator that suites mainly for rocket weapon test, To commonly using signal regulator which existing some questions and the limitation of application in rocket weapon test at the market at present, the instrument adopts the intelligent instrument design method which takes microprocessor as the core to raise performance of the instrument and intelligent degree. The paper introduces designing requirement and background of application of instrument and lists whole design diagram of instrument at first, and then narrated every unit design method of the instrument separately, including the circuit principle of signal regulating and main control panel, the interface principle of LCD display, the design of instrument operation panel and the software to control instrument, to manage interface and execute command, at end in article lists the test performance of the instrument and my own opinion to improve the instrument.
