Intelligent housing district is a new symbol of city and synthesizes strength of nation.At the beginning of 2000, according to the ( below the brief name is prelude), Construction Department confirm 7 housing district as the country demonstrative health engineering, which they have demonstrative intelligent system . Among them, the Huijing new city area in Guangzhou is the three stars level demonstrative housing district. The other 6, Nanking Tiandi new city, Shanghai Yidong garden, Nanking Jufu garden, Quanzhou Jindi garden, Shenyang Yatai world garden etc. are two stars level.Only the Huijing new city in Guangzhou is three stars level district, but the ground area of program is 66.66 hectares, and the total household is 11427, the total population is 39995. It is special big, which equal to 2 or 3 small towns.For some small scales places which have higher intelligent request, how can we construct them which become themselves characteristic intelligent district?Today the science and technology and economy develop abnormally rapidly, this problem becomes more and more acuity and practical. But it hasn't ready-answer. We always think about this stubborn problem, with our groping spirit .We decide to design a three star intelligent district named Ningxiang Garden at University City in the capital of Hunan province .We try to design intelligent system that it is ahead of time and reach the three stars level. Intelligent district will be spreaded all over our country. Therefore, designing a small three stars level district and the intelligent system has a very important practical sense.When designing this small district, we not only conform to prelude, but also fully absorb other's experience, especially Huijing new city. We combine this district peculiarity, and especially consider following problems:The first, this district's scale is small; the human being, transportation, economy and basic construction environment are very good. So we can predigest the public building, and mostly focus on the intelligent home. Ningxiang Garden area is about 9.45 hectares, which is one of seven of Huijing new city of Guangzhou that is 66.6hectares. Population of Ningxiang Park only is 3,108, and not reaches about one of tenth Huijing that is 39,995. And though, the University City has the whole assorts kinds of the foundation and several famous middle schools. Huijing new city of Guangzhou has the administration management, business service, the financial post etc. But Ningxiang only has kindergarten, pleasure grounds, and culture action centers. We mainly improve the intelligent house.The second, Ningxiang Garden is next to the Yuelu academy of classical learning and the software park which is one of the ten greatest software parks in whole nation. It has high culture atmosphere and very strong modern breathing; therefore it should be a high personal status district. So not only have Chuxiang tradition culture building style in the civil engineering,, but also has special strong features green landscape.
